How to buy?

Purchasing our products

 

Thank you for choosing our products. Below are some useful informations which you might need to follow through.

 

To make purchase only:

  1. SMS / Whatsapp me @ 97833209 with the enquiry of the product availability. Please kindly provide me the exact quantity as well as types. Once confirmed there's stock. proceed

  2. Buyer would be required to place a deposit via several channels - Internet bank transfer, or come down to our showroom during our operating hours. Do note that we do not reserve goods if no deposit is received. It's a first come first serve basis.

  3. Once deposit is received, goods will be placed in special storage area and will be there (3 months) till you decided to collect them. You can collect your purchased items at Sims Ave showroom. Do provide ample notice of at least 3 days for us to prepare the things.

To request for delivery only:

  1. SMS / Whatsapp me @ 97833209 with the enquiry of the product availability. Please kindly provide me the exact quantity as well as types. Once confirmed there's stock. proceed

  2. Your full address is needed.

  3. Buyer would be required to place a deposit via several channels - Internet bank transfer, or come down to our showroom during our operating hours. Do note that we do not reserve goods if no deposit is received. It's a first come first serve basis.

  4. Once deposit is received, goods will be placed in special storage area and will be there (3 months) till you decided to receive them. You may choose a date for delivery but subjected to available date and time slot. Plan early to avoid any full slots.

  5. Please kindly pay the balance in cash to the delivery personnel.

To request for installation for the items:

  1. SMS / Whatsapp me @ 97833209 with the enquiry of the product availability. Please kindly provide me the exact quantity as well as types. Once confirmed there's stock. proceed

  2. Your full address is needed.

  3. Buyer would be required to place a deposit via several channels - Internet bank transfer, or come down to our showroom during our operating hours. Do note that we do not reserve goods if no deposit is received. It's a first come first serve basis.

  4. Once deposit is received, goods will be placed in special storage area and will be there (3 months) till you decided to install them.

  5. Do note that since we are experiencing heavy installation workload, it would be great if you could give us at least 1 week in advance notice. Sincere apologies if there isn't any available electrician(s) to do the job for you at any specific date, but we will try our very best to accomodate your request.

  6. Do note that we accept cash as well as Internet bank transfer on the date of installation. As for internet bank transfer, we would require you to do the bank transfer just before the electrician completes his installation at your unit.
